NEWS-Objectifs 2023

Time flies when work is fun. At Live & co, weeks come and go at a fast pace. That’s why – for this article only – we are happy to press the pause button.

Because we want to share with you a snapshot of where we are, and where we want to go. Because 2022 has been our best year to date. Because as expectations are rising, our responsibility is growing too. Because we believe that the best is yet to come.

So, flashback to only a few months ago.  2022, in numbers.

👉 In 2022, our agency covered 43 #b2b events for its customers: trade shows, conferences, seminars, and pop-up showrooms.

🌍 Our agency travelled to 15 cities worldwide to support its clients on #international #b2b #events!

🚅 ✈️ More than 3/4 of our travel was by train. We limited air travel only to particularly remote destinations.

🚇 🚌 On site, our teams travelled almost exclusively by public transport (bus, metro, RER or tramway) for the daily trips between hotels – exhibition centres and city centres!

📏📐🔲 In 2022, our agency installed 3,510m2 of exhibition space for its clients!

🚀 95% of our installations were carried out within the framework of congresses and trade shows, i.e. 3,325m2. The last 185m2 were devoted to the installation of a pop-out showroom.

📏📐🔲 In 2022, 80% of the surfaces installed by our agency concerned exhibition stands larger than 41m2!

📏📐🔲 In 2022, 53% of the surfaces laid out by our agency concerned exhibition stands with surfaces greater than 80m2!

♻️ 85% of the stands larger than 80m2 produced in 2022 by our agency are stored over 12 months for future reinstallations!

🚀 This figure rises to 90% for stands with surfaces greater than 100m2!

🌱 The #storage of existing elements for #reinstallations contributes to reducing our consumption of materials and energy and limiting the impact of our activity on the environment.

60 and above

♻️ In 2023, our agency aims to achieve 60% (and +) of fitted surfaces from exhibition stands stored at our workshop.

🌱 By increasing this number from #storage and #reinstallation, we can further reduce waste, limit the volume of new production and limit material consumption!

🌱 📦 It’s pretty simple! At Live & co, we are 100% convinced that multi-year contracting via #storage and #reinstallation is a viable economic solution and a responsible approach for our clients.

✏️ 💻 Moreover, relocation does not prevent adaptation! Surfaces may change, and objectives may evolve, but our creativity remains, allowing us to modulate what already exists.

💬 Our customers are from here and there. Nine different nationalities in 2022!

🇮🇳 India 🇪🇸 Spain 🇺🇸 United States 🇨🇳 China

🇩🇪 Germany 🇨🇦 Canada 🇧🇪 Belgium 🇨🇭 Switzerland 🇲🇺 Mauritius

🌍 Our agency has always been open to the world and is nourished every day by the diversity of its clients!

‍🔧 This is the average number of experts and partners involved in the realisation of our projects, excluding agency know-how!

🪚 Carpentry 🎨 Painting and upholstery ⚡ Electricity 🪑 Furniture

🖥️ Audiovisual 🖨️ Printing & fitting 💐 Floral decorations 👉 Etc.

☑️ The success of a #design & #stand project requires daily monitoring and precise coordination of the teams involved!

🤝 Our agency contributes on its own scale to the sustainability of the entire #event industry.

📝 This is the number of #B2B trade show organisers we were in contact with as part of the preparation of our projects!

☑️ Beyond a “control” role to approve our #design & #stand projects, the organisers are important partners whether in the preparatory phase of a project, during the set-up and dismantling periods or during the event.

🌱 In 2023, Live & co will unveil a #CSR action plan to improve the impact of its activity on the #eventprofs ecosystem

Higher stakes, higher responsibilities.

As our learning curve regarding CSR is accelerating. Our firm stance regarding the storage and re-utilisation of existing stands is particularly encouraged by our customers. It gives us extra energy to foster a more circular approach to our industry. This year’s priorities are to draw out our CSR ambition, based on our test-and-learn perspective, and share best practices with our community to make sure Live & co contributes to the positive transformation of our sector while supporting our customers’ own CSR endeavours.
