Providing a smooth and memorable experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

For its third participation in Santexpo, La Poste Sant\u00e9 & Autonomie entrusted us with a clear ambition: to make a lasting impression. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Not just with a spectacular stand, but with an exhibition space capable of telling a story, welcoming guests and taking them on a journey. Our mission, in short, was to bring a truly immersive and human experience to life.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

Our challenge? To design a reusable exhibition stand (for 2027) and install it in just 3 days within a 400 sqm space. We happily accepted.<\/p>\n

More than a stand, a journey.<\/strong><\/p>\n

From our very first reflections, a conviction emerged: visitors should not simply see or visit the stand, they should experience it. That’s why we designed a fluid and intuitive journey in which each area has its own distinct purpose.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

A 42-metre, S-shaped hanging sign<\/strong> naturally guides the eye, embodying movement through the space. The reception area is organised around warm, inviting spaces designed to evoke an at-home atmosphere: a reception desk, newsstand, coffee corner beneath an olive tree, circular carpets, wicker and tripod lights, cushions, and decorative objects arranged on slatted partition shelves.<\/p>\n

Every detail is designed to make visitors feel at ease<\/strong> in an environment that is both professional and welcoming.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

Further along, demonstration spaces combine screens, lounge furniture, and coffee tables to encourage conversation in a relaxed setting.<\/p>\n

At the heart of the layout, the bar serves as a natural meeting point; suited equally to breakfast and cocktails. An access lobby<\/strong> dressed with a printed velum creates a breathing space between the main area and three more intimate, semi-open lounges.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

Finally, an Agora<\/strong> equipped with a stage and an LED wall<\/strong> hosts conferences and presentations, while an enclosed meeting room allows for confidential exchanges. Luminous logo volumes, integrated into the hanging sign and the totem at the back of the bar, reinforce the stand’s visual impact and presence.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

Design: when technique serves emotion<\/strong><\/p>\n

Every aesthetic choice was made to strengthen the visitor experience and reflect the values of La Poste Sant\u00e9 & Autonomie. Warm wooden floors, wallpaper-clad partitions (chosen deliberately to break from corporate convention) and natural vegetation: our material palette brings warmth, texture, and breathing room to the entire space.<\/p>\n

Light plays an equally central role. Strips, backlit boxes, and LED outlines structure the space while guiding visitors with understated precision. The at-home atmosphere runs throughout, brought to life by decorative objects that transform the stand into a place that feels genuinely welcoming, and unmistakably human.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

Focus: a modular design built to enrich the experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

We designed this new setup to adapt to the rhythm of each moment. For example, the DEMOs spaces can easily transform into informal discussion areas when no demonstrations are taking place. In the same way, the Agora, thanks to its mobile furniture, allows for spontaneous exchange spaces to be created. The standing tables contribute to this flexibility too, becoming extremely handy and appreciated during the day\u2019s key moments, such as lunches and cocktail hours.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

With our footfall monitoring solution<\/strong>, we were able to track visitor attendance across all 3 days and deliver a precise post-show report.<\/p>\n

Our adventure, in numbers<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • 4,908 cumulative visitors over 3 days.<\/li>\n
  • 13 minutes and 28 seconds average time spent per visitor at the stand.<\/li>\n
  • 30% of visitors explored multiple areas of the stand.<\/li>\n
  • The DEMo zones were the most visited, closely followed by the bar area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    This data allows our client to measure ROI directly (by quantifying footfall, engagement, and time spent) and even to benchmark these results against other media investments.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

    Behind the scenes<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Behind this project lie several months of preparation, coordination, and technical challenges. The suspended sign<\/strong> (42 linear metres) represented a genuine production and installation challenge. However, its visual impact proved decisive, allowing visitors to identify the stand immediately from a distance.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

    Two LED walls<\/strong> in distinct formats were integrated to serve specific purposes:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • A large LED wall<\/strong> (3.5 m x 2 m) in the Agora, dedicated to conferences and talks outside of session times.<\/li>\n
    • A second LED wall<\/strong> (2.5 m x 1.5 m), positioned in the open corner to the right of the stand, to capture the attention of passers-by in the main aisle with looping videos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Additional screens<\/strong> (55″ and 65″) were set up around the stand, facing the aisles, to draw attention throughout the day. Finally, portrait screens near the reception and the Agora displayed the conference programme on a rolling daily basis.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n
