Welcome to Esther

202603 Portrait Esther

We are completely and utterly thrilled to introduce Esther, our brand-new Project Manager, based in Rennes.

Her professional story is one of passion, bringing spaces to life, even just for a moment, through the magic of events.

With a background in design, Esther was naturally drawn to ephemeral, pop-up experiences and scenography. From there, she decided to take the next step and expand her role. Her goal? To embrace a 360-degree vision of each project: mastering every step, coordinating teams, and bridging creativity with technical constraints.

For five years at Havas Events Paris, Esther led private events at two iconic venues: the Musée du Louvre and the Fondation Louis Vuitton.
These were high-stakes projects where nothing was left to chance: precision, logistics, team coordination, and client relationships were all part of her daily expertise.

Esther also spent three years working independently, giving her the opportunity to manage projects from start to finish and deepen her understanding of client needs.

Joining Live & co feels like a natural next step, a “happy, logical continuation” of her journey.

A quick chat with Esther

What do you love about exhibition projects?
“It’s a profession at the intersection of creativity and operations. We transform commercial strategies into tangible experiences, in spaces that leave a lasting impression.”

Why join Live & co?
“For the team’s energy and shared values. We’re a human-sized organisation where listening and kindness are part of everyday life.”

How did you cross paths with Live & co?
“Funny story. I’ve known you all for a long time! We were neighbours in Puteaux. Even back then, I wanted to join the adventure, especially when Live & co set up the headoffice in Rennes, my hometown. I never let go of the idea, and here I am!”

Since joining, Esther has already brought her anticipation skills, rigour, and scenographic eye to our projects.

We’re delighted to have her expertise on board to support our clients’ exhibition projects.

Welcome to the adventure, Esther!
